Alexar Consulting Inc. was founded in 2003 by Frank De Lisio, a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator, who has dedicated himself to serving small and medium sized businesses. He has completed hundreds of valuation assignments involving companies operating in North America, Europe, East Africa and the Caribbean. Frank’s practice encompasses three principal areas:
- The pricing and valuation of private firms and their intangible assets;
- Dispute analysis, including matrimonial and shareholder litigation; and
- Entrepreneurial finance, including transition and exit planning support.
